Delete your account
How to delete your VanStock.trade account and the data that goes with it. The VanStock.trade app is run by VAN STOCK TRADE LTD.
In the app
- Open the VanStock.trade app and sign in.
- Go to your Profile and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account closes straight away and you're signed out.
If you have a collection in progress, finish or cancel it first. Money waiting for you as a seller is still paid out once your payout set-up is complete.
Without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account", from the email on your account or including the mobile number you signed up with. We may text that number to confirm it's you, then delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done.
What we delete
- Your profile: name, business name, email, mobile number, postcode, shop address and opening hours.
- Your latest location, notification settings and device push token.
- Marketing consent (you won't get launch or offer messages).
These are deleted within 30 days of your account closing.
What we have to keep
